Service Details

  • Orders received before 1pm will be processed the same working day

  • Delivery within Singapore only (including Sentosa)

  • Tracking number provided via email once order ships

  • Delivery Monday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM

  • No deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays

  • Available at: 1 Rochor Canal Road 06-02A Singapore 188504

  • Operating Hours: by appointment

  • Ready for collection within 2 hours after order confirmation

  • Bring your order confirmation & valid ID

What happens after you place your order:

  1. Order confirmation email sent immediately

  2. Order processed within 24 hours on working days

  3. Shipping confirmation with tracking number sent via email

  4. SMS notification on delivery day

 

Delivery Information

Successful Delivery

  • SMS notification one hour before delivery

  • No signature required for orders below $300

  • Signature required for orders above $300

Failed Delivery

  • First attempt: SMS notification for redelivery

  • Second attempt: Within next 2 working days

  • After failed attempts: Order returns to store for collection

  • Store holding period: 7 days
